Ademola is a graduate of Nigeria’s foremost/premier University, the University of Ibadan; he graduated with Honors in 2002. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004, and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree from another leading University in Nigeria, the University of Lagos.

He was appointed in 2014 a Notary Public for Nigeria by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, upon glowing recommendations from several Judges before whom he had appeared as an Advocate.

In the course of his career, Ademola has acted for multinational oil companies on disputes relating to Oil spills, Oil Mining Leases and Purchase Orders, in addition to acting as an external Counsel for the purposes of auditing the vast litigation portfolio of a leading multinational oil company in Nigeria with a view to identifying debilitating factors and proffering expert advise for future guidance.

He has also acted for corporate bodies (both local and international) as well as individuals with respect to disputes arising from maritime, insurance, banking, capital market, debt recovery/insolvency, intellectual property, employment/Labour law, and real estate among other commercial disputes.

Ademola is a seasoned Litigation/Dispute resolution Lawyer with compelling advocacy skill, and had satisfactorily represented clients before all courts of record in Nigeria, including the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Adewale is a multi-discipline Legal Practitioner.  His several years in managerial positions in a number of  Banks and financial institutions before qualifying as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria gives him a rare edge in several areas of the Law, particularly Banking Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, Investment Law, Debt recovery and insolvency practice.

Adewale obtained his first Degree in Agricultural Economics from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).  He also obtained a Master of Business Administration from Lagos State University.  He subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Lagos State University, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.

As a key player in the Banking/financial sector where he spent a considerable number of years, Adewale was involved in Credit/Portfolio Management, Financial Advisory Services and Corporate Banking (with focus on sectors such as Leasing/Syndication, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical. He served variously as Head of Treasury and Head of Marketing in a commercial Bank and as Assistant Branch Head, among others.

As a testimony to his vast experience in the banking/financial sector, Adewale actively participated in setting up three financial Institutions, including a Commercial Bank.

He is a member of several professional bodies, including Institute of Financial Planning,   Money Market Association of Nigeria, Nigeria National Institute of Marketing (NNIM), Nigeria Institute of Management (N.I.M), Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, Institute of Management Consultant (IMCON), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators  among others.

Adewale has been a leading light in  areas such as Banking Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, Debt recovery and insolvency practice, Investment Law, Employment and Labour Law, Real Estate and Conveyancing Law among others.

Adewale is also an Accredited Mediator with the Lagos Multi-Door Court House.

Adenike is a graduate of Lagos State University, and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2004.

Adenike holds a Master of Laws Degree in Energy Law and Policy from University of Dundee, United Kingdom, upon the successful completion of her post-Graduate programme at the Centre for Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee.  She is a seasoned and result-oriented Legal Practitioner.

Since her call to the Bar, Adenike has also acquired substantial experience in the corporate and banking sectors, having worked in the Legal Department of a Commercial Bank as an Assistant Banking Officer, and as a legal Officer in the Legal Department of a corporate organisation with interests in investments and the downstream sector of Nigeria’s Petroleum Industry.

Adenike has represented clients in commercial disputes before several courts and tribunals across Nigeria; she is a multi-discipline Practitioner and a leading member of our firm’s Oil & Gas and Energy Law Practice Group; she also heads the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Law Practice Group which oversees areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Merger & Acquisition, Company Secretarial services, Investments & Securities, as well as Capital Market operations among others.

Benjamin obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Lagos State University, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.  He also holds Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from Lagos State University.
